Phase 1: Pour & stir

Open the journal

Use this after the dose is set. The timer follows the phase schedules from the brewing guides, so you do not have to translate "bloom, steep, press" into phone alarms.

If a cup tastes off, do not change every phase. Keep the dose steady, change one timer variable, then log the brew in your private journal.
